Refund Policy

At YMZ Lasers, we strive for accuracy and quality in all our laser engraving and etching services. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Deposit Requirement:

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total order value is required before any design work or order processing begins.

  • The design for your project will be discussed and confirmed with you prior to the collection of this 50% deposit. By paying the deposit, you signify your approval of the agreed-upon design.

 

No Refunds After Design Confirmation and Deposit:

  • Once the 50% deposit has been paid and the design has been confirmed by you, no further refunds will be provided for the order. This is because production will commence based on the approved design.

 

Refunds for Damaged Goods During Shipping:

  • If your order arrives and the product(s) have been damaged during shipping, a refund will be provided.

  • The refund amount will be proportionate to the quantity of the damaged items relative to the total order. For any refund claim related to shipping damage, clear photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and the product(s) in part and in whole of the entire order must be provided within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order. No exceptions will be made if photo evidence is not provided within this timeframe.

 

Refunds for Incorrectly Executed Designs:

  • If the final product deviates significantly from the confirmed design specifications, a partial or full refund may be provided.

  • The refund amount will be proportionate to the total quantity of items and will depend on the usability of the affected items.

    • If the items are deemed unusable due to the error, a full refund for the affected quantity may be issued.

    • If the items are still usable despite the error, a partial refund may be provided, taking into account the extent of the deviation and the usability of the items.

  • For any refund claim related to incorrectly executed designs, clear photographic evidence of the discrepancy in part and in whole of the entire order must be provided within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order. No exceptions will be made if photo evidence is not provided within this timeframe.

 

No Refunds for Minor Visual Discrepancies or Non-Defective Items:

  • Due to the nature of the laser engraving and etching process, and the inherent limitations of human visual assessment and measurement, no refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:

    • If the job has been completed to the exact specifications and size as reasonably achievable through visual inspection and standard measuring tools. Minor visual discrepancies that do not impact the overall appearance or functionality of the product are not grounds for a refund.

    • If the engraving or the product itself has no defects.

 

Process for Refund Claims:

  • To initiate a refund claim, please contact us via WhatsApp within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order.

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence in part and in whole of the entire order demonstrating the issue within this timeframe.

  • We will review your claim and the provided photo evidence and respond within twenty-four (24) with our assessment and the proposed resolution.

 

 

YMZ Lasers reserves the right to assess each refund claim on a case-by-case basis.
